The working together manual

Tried, tested and approved by 50+ clients

Stage 1: Get to know each other

In this stage, I’m trying to get to know you and your expectations.

Usually, this is accomplished in 1-3 phone calls and an exchange of documentation.

The stage ends when we agree to work together, or part ways.

Stage 2: Decide to work together

This is my favorite part. Here, we undergo two major exercises together

1. Expectation setting

2. Process setting

Both of these are extremely essential to us reaching our end goal successfully. without hiccups.

The documents I share during this phase are a Statement of Work and an Onboarding Form, which helps us have everything documented and dusted.

Stage 3: Working with each other

” You’re always spot on “

“Oh! I didn’t know I needed this!”

“You’re a magician”

These are just some of the phrases I’ve heard from clients.

When working together, I always have your best interest in mind. I look out for you, and will ensure you get all your deliverables on time.

As for you, all I request is for great communication and efficient feedback loops.

Stage 4: During the project

When our contract is underway, I would prefer to have a set day and time in the week to chat.

This can vary from every day, to once a week – depending on the project.

I am a stickler for time, and therefore take this very seriously. Therefore, in order to ensure your work gets completed on time, and I give you deliverables on time, I appreciate a schedule.
